It locates a black charger with a cyan top by the helmet wall. nexride.site separately reports a free-charging sign from a video; neither supplies a complete charging interaction or duration.
What the sign says, and what nobody timed
nexride.site quotes a video frame of a sign: FREE CHARGING / plug in while you shop. That chain is one video plus the site that transcribed it, so I mark the free claim as a single evidence chain, not as two independent labs.
The same beginner page says the video never shows the full plug-in. Charge duration, whether cash is removed, and whether you can swap a pack while riding are blank. I leave them blank.
Range figures EX1 27 mi and ZOOTIO 17 mi are shop specs on the bike page, not your remaining miles.
Names that might be the same door
nexridewiki says Bike Hub. nexride.site and parts of nexride.wiki say Bike Club. I have no sentence that equates them. Follow whichever label your map actually shows.
