Write to [email protected]. That is the address for factual corrections, privacy requests, and image takedowns. It is a real mailbox on this domain.
I read mail that arrives at [email protected] and I reply from the same address. A correction that includes a public URL gets checked against a second source before I change a number. A note that only says a code failed is useful as one report, and I will mark it that way.

What to send
Page URL, the sentence you think is wrong, and a link I can open without an account. Screenshots of a public webpage are fine. I cannot log into the game on your behalf, and I do not need your Roblox password. Do not send one.
Developer support for lost items inside NexRide belongs with Funspace Studio's through Roblox, not with this inbox.
Privacy requests
Ask for a copy or deletion of email you sent. Say which address you wrote from. There is no account database to export.

Is there a phone number?
No. Email is the contact channel.
Can you redeem a code for me?
No. Redemption happens in the Roblox client.
